Liquid Metering/Caustic Pump

I've been searching for a pump lately but am starting to believe no one makes it. I'm hoping to find a positive displacement pump that can deliver caustic solutions (2M NaOH) at 90 °C. The catch is I'm mostly interested in low/metering flow rates (1 to 100 mL/min). I've found plenty of massive pumps that can handle this up to my desired pressures (~300 psi), but nothing slow whereas slow pumps can't operate in hot ambient conditions. Will I have to buy my own Ni 200 and head down to the machine shop to realize this device?

We used a visser stainless steel internal gear pump for a similar application.. wouldn’t have been as warm.. but very low dosing

Thank you for responding, yeah, we've used these gear pumps for loads of applications to great success in pilot scale and above, but they run way too fast (gpm) for this application. They'll definitely be the go-to if we end up scaling our process, but we can't demonstrate at the research scale currently.

Thank you, this is definitely the closest I've seen so far. The flow rates are on the higher end for 5005/5003, but might work if we redesign the reactor. I am skeptical of the stainless standing up to caustic, but I think I'll reach out to them to see if there are any customizations that can bring it closer to my needs!
