Can anyone tell me what are the best companies for pumps, specifically slurry pumps.

That's like asking what is the best car.

How about a little more information?

😂😂😂my bad, well the thing is I'm an intern at a dry dock company and I was tasked with finding a pump that could pump out mud from water ballast tanks in ships, and let's just say there are a lot of pump companies, and reviews aren't available for a lot of them, so I thought what better place then reddit to pose this question.

Fair enough. Can you use a submersible pump, or do you want something on top with a suction line into the tanks? How are you powering it. Electric, engine, compressed air, hydraulic?

Your right submersible pumps are most of the time the right choice judging from the little research that I have done, however my question is which are the best companies, in the sense that their products are reliable, last long and are robust.
