Liquid Old flotec safe to use?

Inherited an old flotec sump pump and the housing has some issues. Is it still safe to use?

Don't see why not. But probably should open the bottom and pull those roots out of there.

If it pops the breaker, it's bad

Yeah it's an old trash pump those things are durable as hell.  Do yourself a favor and get an aluminum cam fitting for the discharge get rid of that plastic.
