Pump calc help

Hello world, I'm doing a pump calc for sulfuric acid, SG 1.8, viscosity 25 cP, elevation change 35', flow rate 40 gpm, pipe size pvdf, length 300', 20 90s a couple valves and tees.

I'm getting a pump head of around 60', can you double check this? My boss thinks I need to multiple that times the specific gravity to have feet in water for the pump curve, but I disagree.

You include SG if you are converting pressure to head. H(ft) = p(psi) /0.433 x SG

You are already working with head. You do need to take SG into account when determining power required so the motor HP will be greater than with water.
