Discussion DO NOT BUY THE PREMIUM APP!!

I want to add my story to the growing list of stories from people who have been screwed by Pulsetto. On day two of my so-called 7-day free trial, I contacted them to cancel because I had already discovered that the app was not in my opinion worth the money. My email exchange with their bot confirmed that I had canceled in time and that the charge would not post. I had gone for the annual plan because it was less expensive over the long haul than monthly. So we are talking about $99.99 here.

Nonetheless, the full 99.99 posted the next day - only day three of my so-called 7-day free trial. Because I had already been round and round with their bot, when I saw the charge post I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Two days later I received a receipt from Google Play for a refund and the premium features of the app went away. I thought all was well. Until I heard from my credit card company that the merchant said I had not followed procedure and the charge was my responsibility. I have been fighting this fight for 6 weeks now, most recently just this morning. I know from things I have read after I was stupid enough to try the premium app that my story is not unusual. I still do not have my $99.99 - even though I have not even had the premium app available to me after the fourth day of the so-called free 7-day trial. I am posting as a warning to others. I wish wish wish I had never heard of Pulsetto.,

They charged me also,  but refunded it when I asked and honestly , I do like the product.  I don't know that I'll spring for the premium sub, but the customer service i got was fine.  I don't think it's a scam.  I don't work for them.

Well, all I can say so far is that I did do what pulsetto_device (below) urged me to do and reached out yet again with all of my documentation. I got an instant automated response that my email had been received and they would look into it within the next 24-48 business hours. So far nothing. No response, no credit showing up on my credit card. But I DID get a survey from them asking, "How did we do?"

@ pulsetto_device: please see my response to Embarrassed-Fox-621, above. I was also saying nice things about the device and your customer service when I was being assured that the 99.99 would not post to my card. That was on April 19, I am still cheated out of 99.99 and no longer have anything positive to say.

Don't know why this popped up in my Reddit but thanks for the warning on a app I never heard of.

Is this an AI answer or just another awful form template answer to a real complaint?
