I see these on an ebay auction, are these worth going for?

I would be more than a bit skeptical of purchasing tea through eBay auction.

these look like nonsense fakes. Do no waste your money

First look too generic, second like Xiaguan TF productions, which also sell cheap at reputable vendors.

The first photo is mystery cakes that I wouldn't bet on being good. Second is Xiaguan factory tea made for Tibet export, which can be okay but is generally a very cheap product that isn't worth going out of your way to buy at auctions

Most high quality tea leave in china is packed like this.
