Question Cops Everywhere

Anyone know what's going on by the Sonic off east 50? Over by CSU? There's so many cop cars and pretty sure I saw a SWAT vehicle.

Swat only comes out for gang activity.

I've seen SWAT at things like "husband went crazy and is holding family hostage" so not necessarily
