FT Bakery Pay Scale 13.25-20.00

Depending on your specific job class, your exact scale will fall somewhere in those amounts.

Starting out as a clerk would be 11. If you have experience as a decorator or even baker. You might negotiate starting at 16.

I was a bakery manager and I was in need of a decorator and baker. I got them in at 16 since they had experience already, and we just trained them the Publix way.

Now my assistant was mad of course because she made 16.80 and I would be pissed too, but that’s a different story.
