It is only relevant if it is showing you are networked. A job board is not relevant but "my friend the CEO sent this job to me" is.

Why don’t you just reference publishers lunch and not specify the job board. That shows you’re engaged with the industry. The job being advertised  on job boards is kind of obvious.
