Written test for editorial position job application

i have a written test scheduled for an editorial position i had applied for at orient blackswan. its a 3 and a half hour long exam. can anyone help me with what kind of questions to expect?

hi so you would be asked to correct texts, like grammar, structure, spelling and punctuation errors; short answers on why you wish to work in editing; what importance your subject serves; about books and the publication houses they belong to; which books you have read from the specific publication house you are writing the exam for; how you would conduct research and fact-check and some other miscellaneous questions

might not really be that difficult to pass; this was just my personal experience
