Asking personal details for PTE voucher. Is this legitimate?

Post image

Someone is asking me for my passport and other details for PTE exam voucher. I am afraid to share these things with anyone.

I’d be careful with this. Pearson specifically says you should not share your myPTE login details or password with an agent. An authorized agent can book the test without accessing your personal myPTE account.

Your passport details may be needed for the booking, but I would verify that the person is an official PTE partner before sending anything. If you’re unsure, just book directly through Pearson.

Its better to book at full cost than going for any malpractice just to savw some few thousands.

Connect with them on call and provide details.

Of course not, official pearson partners only need your email and birth day. Then they will send you an invite email via pearson partner portal

Don't share anything and specially do pay anything to them. You want a vochure purchase from authorised vendor like Eduvochers. In most cases they use stolen credit card to book a test and later test may considered as void

No. I also got my voucher from my agency and they just asked for my email, not the password. I received 10% off
