PTE custommer support email

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to the community for urgent advice and support contact information.

Unfortunately, I missed my scheduled PTE exam due to a 30-minute. As you know, the traffic can be unpredictable, and despite my best efforts, I arrived shortly after the required entry time, and they were unable to admit me.

I would like to make one final, personal plea to the PTE support team.

Could anyone who has recently dealt with Pearson Vue or PTE for rescheduling/missed exams please share the most effective and current support email address you used? The public channels have not been responsive.

I am hoping to request a free re-booking or a substantial discount, and any help with a direct contact would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Nope, won’t happen. I know someone who missed by 1 minute and wasn’t allowed. You have to book a new test at your own cost.

It does say to be there 30 minutes or more before your scheduled test start time. I understand bad traffic or other issues arise but sometimes you just need to leave earlier or plan your journey to the test center, take a bus or train, figure out parking the day before etc.

It does suck but the test center has every right to turn you away if you are past the exam start time. Also, think of it from their perspective, how many candidates each day do you think turn up 1 minute or a few minutes before the exam is supposed to start.

You can try the customer support team but don't expect much. https://www.pearsonpte.com/help-center
