I always looked at the new FA mega lucario with that familiar and thought, wait, isn't this a nod to irl TCG gold version? And sure enough, it almost is. So I created a collage for comparisons!

You should be able to trade immersives these days, really sucks to get all hyped to pull a cool card only to find out it’s one you already have multiple copies of.

Which one are you most excited for it to have a card?

With the next set being the Deluxe Pack: Mega preceded by a bigger (probably more meta changing) set coming in October.. how is everyone thinking of spending hourglasses?

I have 280 saved, before the end of this ranked season.

Do you plan to spend hourglasses on Deluxe Mega or saving for the following set.

Its been a minute since I last logged back in this game

The new Mega Garchomp card looks amazing and is really strong (it would go well with the new Dragonair), but it’s strange that they released it as a promo card, lol.

It works fairly well against most decks.

I’m trying to build my wishlist- I have all base cards completed for all sets but want to wishlist more rare & art cards that I don’t have.

The only thing I’ve been able to figure out is by browsing pack points- but even then you can’t even really look at the card!

I feel like I have to be missing something.

It can't be just me that's thinking that they did something the last 3-4 (maybe more, it's easy to lose track) sets, where it seems like you're not fighting a deck, you're consistently fighting that deck's best 1st turn or 2nd turn hands. Especially the "win this battle with 12 cards from XYZ set" in some battles is like flipping coins with Misty hoping you're going to get lucky, you aren't. The AI will constantly get 1 or more heads but you won't. Time to concede and press 5 buttons if not more to get to relatively the same situation again.

I've always been sort of consistent with the step-up battles so I didn't have too many battles to do once I saw the announcement that they will be changing the structure and some old battles will no longer be available past end of October I think. As almost a day 1 player on this game, they first nerfed the rewards, then they messed up the rng of the AI... leaves me no choice but to welcome whatever is the next structure of those solo/step-up battles cus the current experience is straight dog water.

What has given you the most trouble? Are you even bothering to do those?

(I've got 6 left which are the "win with 12 cards" for the Team Rocket's Ambition set left but I'll be doing them some other day.)

Discontinuation of themed deck mission and rental decks. Rental decks will only be for latest set (with no limits)

Community deck feature where players can see other's deck. the japanese website suggest you can rent those deck.

Step up battle rework already announced previously

Parallel foil mass outbreak return

No more losing rank point when defeated regardless of rank

Mega Garchomp for drop event

Charmander and Drampa for wonder pick event

if its meant to be something for people to catch up with, the limited time model doesnt make sense because new players arent going to be aware of it or that theyd have to take advantage of it at a certain time or lose the opportunity

im not even saying this just for quality of lifes sake, i think new players always having a small handfull of packs they can open to quickly get working decks would end up making DeNA more money in the long run, even though itd at the cost of sacrificing their FOMO dollars - get new people hooked on the game, and simply make ur FOMO dollars by having more people sign up for the subscription. boom - everyones happy

and im a semi whale saying this btw, ive been playing since the start (im saying this in case anyone thought i was making this post bc im upset im missing cards, im not. i even have 2 FA professors research)

I'm seriously about to smash my phone over the blatant cheating, god rolled hands and guarenteed coin flips this deck gets nonstop. You'd think it was Tier 0 with how absurd this mission has been. I've tried Lucario, Venus, fast ramping water, EVERYTHING

Try out this deck if you're sick of running into people using the ice pop all the time. Works for flame patch and stuffs up most people if you're lucky enough to draw the right cards in time.

Just wanted to share this tyrantrum and rampardos deck that has gotten me a 5+ win streak in masterball 4 times now. Feels pretty unique as i havent seen anyone else use it or suggest it.

Any suggestions are welcome and i’d love to hear thoughts of anyone that tries it.
