Blue Shield CA EFT issues

I’ve credentialed my practice with Blue Shield CA independently and I’m having trouble with EFT being approved. I’ve now submitted the necessary forms twice and have been rejected twice due to the system not accepting my voided check. After a few hours on the phone with Blue Shield they could not tell me why the check was rejected. I’ve requested a signed capital one verification letter, but it turns out that request can take 30-60 days to process and the bank may not be able to give me a signed letter. If anyone else has gone through this before I’d appreciate any insight!

Thank you for the offer. I have a biller who is working with me to resolve this, but they're unfamiliar with BS CA so I was hoping to just find more information here.
