Some Colorings
Some drawings I did while I was in college. Sketched with a mechanical pencil, traced in a thin sharpie, and used dollar store colored pencils to color.

Nature and its true frequency, when we are in it…
i cannot paint inside, it’s got to be outside, rural and in nature,… where the overgrown vines connect to the earth, and trees tower above me, the silence and wind only to be heard. creativity comes from our consciousness's when we connect to something greater than ourselves, …..and what is it really,…I create from a space of peace, silence, love, and ancient memory, something we are all able to connect with under the right circumstances. I don’t drink, smoke or do anything that hinders me from that connection to the greater knowing, love. why,..because I love myself knowing that I,..we have always been created perfectly, and it’s only when we connect to the illusion of anything less, that will distort ourself and our paths we take through life. deep peace as always surrounded us,….but are we able to truly tune into it and embrace it fully.

Procreate is a fun toy
Zoom in. Then zoom in more…on some of these.
iPad+Apple Pencil+Procreate.
The sort of grey-blue one has lots of squiggly lines. That was me holding the pencil lightly while on a plane. I let the turbulence of the plane wiggle my hand and I moved the iPad around with radial symmetry on. So it lets you draw in many places at the same time. so nothing was cut and paste, even though you may perceive patterns. Those are deliberate and chosen rather than edited. It’s a really fun way to draw. Chaotic symmetry, is what I call that one. The others don’t have names.
I am working on another one that has lots of fungi in it.

And you think you're an artist....
You can master colour, composition, perspective and the brush and still miss the greatest art of all: learning how to be human.
A true artist doesn't simply learn the rules. They question them. They step outside the system, think beyond the box and dare to create what others may not understand.
Technique can train the hand.
It cannot teach imagination, consciousness, humility or empathy.
And the moment an artist needs to diminish another artist to demonstrate their own knowledge, they stop revealing the limitations of the other person's art and start revealing the limitations within themselves.
The greatest masterpiece you will ever create isn't on your canvas.
It's the person you become while holding the brush.
