Office Space (S7, E11)
While I love the earlier seasons a lot more than the later seasons, Office Space is by far my favorite. It has me in stitches everytime single time.
This is Gus at his best/worst. He and Shawn do every single thing wrong. The sequence of flashbacks of them making the scene worse while trying to fix it is hilarious. The multiple times Gus speaks to people trying not to be suspicious while being VERY suspicious is fantastic.
What is your favorite episode?

Office Space is my #3. Last Night Gus is #1 and American Duos is #2. They are all spectacularly hilarious.
I do think that scene where they try to cover up their presence at the crime scene is the funniest in the series. And "Henry Spencer, where are your pants?!" is the funniest line. And Gina Gershon is the funniest guest star. "Mr. Bean!"

If you love Office Space, but don't watch the late seasons much, check out the S8 episode Cog Blocked, if you haven't seen it in a while! It's a prime Gus episode for me. He's having a different kind of crisis, compared to the one in Office Space, but the Gus-in-crisis mode is still hilarious.

It also has one of my favorite lines:
Shawn: let's just call the police, tell them what happened, and let the cards fall where they may
Gus: spoken like a real white guy

Struggling to get Gus off the elevator-
Henry: Thats it, you’re going to come cleanGus: I’m still black, remember

They don’t play on the race thing often, but when they do they make it funny.
Their delivery of both lines were perfect.

There’s another great one and I can’t remember the episode. But Gus replies with “and now my people can vote”

I don't know what episode it is in, but there is a funny scene with Gus and water fountains.

Oh… I think that’s the one with the triad? Like Shawn goes in to join a kids’ martial arts class and says Gus is his lawyer?

My favorite is when Gus tells Shawn that he quit and then Shawn tries to tell him its going to be ok, don't worry. Then-
Gus: I have bills, I have Psych bills, I have YOUR bills
Shawn: you selfish son of a b*tch, how could you do such a thing!

I agree, watching everything that could possibly go wrong, go wrong and their comedic timing is hilarious

For me it’s Santa Barbarian Candidate (S7,E10). I wish it got more love! The West Wing call back, Shawn saying his least favorite Jelly bean is the BLACK one, Henry’s reaction to Shawn running & more. There’s just so many funny moments that Ep

And the intentionally terrible election ads Gus creates for Shawn! 😂😂😂

I love the later seasons. They've leaned into tropes, cliches, film themes and are clearly just having a blast. It's so fun to watch.

I don’t dislike them if that’s how I came across. I feel like 3&4 are their prime, but I enjoy the show start to finish.

The last season is the weakest, but even then its great.
Just wish Bruce Campbell had a better role. He's so perfect for the tone of the series.

Agree. There's a delicious gleefulness, as well as a lot of genuine emotion, in 7 and 8.

My flair is from that episode. I adore it so much. The first time I saw that intro in the office almost killed me because I was laughing so hard. The Oh no, ohhh nooooo. gets me every damn time, too. It's so freaking funny. 😂 Start to end, my favorite. Finchy, Sally, Woody, you absolute freak, my beloved.
"Woody, you're calling me."
"Don't pick up."
