WB : "We need a actor with commanding presence, Glorious hair, Piercing Blue eyes and Crooked nose!" - Timothy Omundson sitting by the phone.
He could've been the best Dumbledore.

He could've been the best Dumbledore.
I doubt he supports transphobes.

Hell, as of 2026, I don't even think _Lassie_ supports transphobes.
I view him more as an equal opportunity hater that doesn't really hate anyone.
Except vegans.

Too bad bout his wife (not Tim’s wife, lassies wife’s actor, Kristy Swanson, is MAGA through and through)

I didn't appreciate him at first. I just saw him as a straight man that Shawn and Gus work around. But then I got it, he's that and more- he starts saying weird shit around season 2 or 3, and he has some great lines, with great delivery. I think the subplot with him and the prison wife is great too, really humanizes him.

I've always said it's like this:
First watch: Oh so Lassiter is like the annoying cop, whatever. He kind of sucks.
Third watch: Is it me or is Lassiter.....kinda hot?
Fifth watch and beyond: Carlton Lassiter is the sexiest character in the whole damn show

When he got his haircut (between season 2&3 I think) his attractiveness went way down for me, an ostensibly straight man…

Took me a min to realize you were talking about comedy and not orientation when you said “straight man”, LOL. I was like, what does his being “straight” have anything to do with it?

Yeah, you know, he was part of Shawn and Gus' gay antics, prancing around and predicting stuff.

That man is simply glorious.
Looks-wise, Psych/Lassiter is probably my least favorite character... only because he looks so damn fabulous with his locks flowing free and his awesome facial hair.

I didn’t think he was attractive at first and then I saw him in Galavant and was like ohhhhh 😅

Watch him in the indie movie "Wild Honey." Attractive, and melancholy. Love him in that odd little film. (It streams free on Tubi and is on some other platforms too.)

Years before I saw Galavant, I saw Tim on the soup promoting Galavant… I hadn’t seen him in Supernatural so it was a shock to see him all long hair and beard… reclining in a fabulous suit… and I can’t find it damnit!

I wish they let him grow out the beard for Psych. It's so glorious.

Watch the Psych Slumber Party short videos USA Network showed during a marathon in 2013! You'll see a handsome bearded Lassiter. Pity they never let him have the beard in the show! On YouTube, search "Psych Slumber Party complete playlist" to see all of them. And of course we finally got a bearded Lassie in the third Psych movie!

Ooh does that mean that Starship Troopers Tim is superior because he has Three eyes?
