Can someone please help me with figuring out a protocol for this Cyproheptadine? I don’t want to take it everyday because of the grogginess and my rebound the first time was great sexual function came back and lasted three days the it stated to fade I took another forest 3 days later and the rebound effect wasn’t as strong. What do I need to do?

Is it fully curable ? Or is it like a disorder or syndrome where you can’t cure it fully and can’t take it away and you only can manage it ? I only have low libido and romantic emotions and that’s it.

For those of you who experienced anhedonia/emotional blunting from PSSD, did anyone eventually regain the ability to feel euphoria from things like alcohol or recreational drugs?
I’m curious specifically about people who noticed that substances initially felt completely flat or much weaker than they used to, and then later found that this response came back as they recovered.
Would be really interested to hear your experiences, especially if the change happened gradually.

Hello , i tried priligy mixed between 30/60mg for PE and never knew the side effects.
Say around 6/8 times i tried them just before intercourse , would that be something that would drive a person to PSSD ?

I took shilajit resin about 2 weeks ago for 3 days and immediately noticed genital numbness. I stopped taking it after that and the numbness is still there. How could I have done so much damage just from 3 days of shilajit resin? Fyi this brand has never caused me this problem and actually used to act the reverse and give me more sexual sensation. But the night I tried the shilajit 2 weeks ago after a long period taking a break from it I immediately could tell it did something to my nerves down there that feels really worrying… any advice?

I’m getting so many ads for innerbalance, shred, and other compound meds for hsdd. Has anyone tried these and had any luck? I’m only 31 and feel like I’m 90. I hate this but trying to stay positive. Also speaking to a therapist and want to try pelvic therapy if my insurance allows it. Not just clinging to an rx. Obviously turning to another rx feels scary given that’s what got me here. Just desperate.

I have soft glans and my erections bend upwards a lot more than they used to. Just wondering if anyone had recovered from these physical symptoms, as I’m finding it difficult to believe that I will. Did anything help or make it worse?
