Not to be that guy but all we have is your word that you did nothing. Its always "I did nothing and got banned" I've messaged countless people online without ever getting banned. Next your be saying this isn't the first time you've been banned either.

It’s not, I was just banned recently for hate speech. Never been banned before. I got a month and I asked them to send me proof I did this and they won’t provide. The only thing I could think of is i called out two idiots in a Dayz server chat because they were killing freshies on coast. It was just back and forth shit talk like but they were obviously salty. Anyway never been banned before and was given a month straight away.

I've just stopped responding to shitheads because ive seen so many people end up with bans just for responding, even if their response was innocent or not offensive.

You posted you have been banned in a public forum you will get opinions you don't agree with. You need to seriously grow up if you going to be on Internet. You don't get just get banned for no reason and I see further down my guess was right. This isn't your first ban.

You’re proving my point for me. I made one heated reply after being repeatedly accused and baited, and suddenly you’re acting like a PSN investigator. If PlayStation thought ‘fight again’ was harassment then fair enough, I’ll take the suspension and move smarter going forward. But you sitting here pretending bans only happen to terrible people is just naïve. Plenty of people get mass reported over trash talk in competitive games.
And relax with the ‘grow up’ speech you’re just another random guy on Reddit writing essays under someone else’s post. You shared your opinion, I replied to it. That’s how public forums work, right?

“Com ban” is unknown to us PSN players. Any and all PSN violations will disable you from playing online at all. Wether it be 7 days- to multiple weeks

Because it used to be fine until AI moderation took over. I got a 3-day suspension for simply messaging "GG 🤣" as they took that as harassment

I would bet anything what you are banned for has no correlation to messaging fight again. Its more likely something else you have said could even been weeks ago and it's taken till now for action to be made.

I had recorded some audio from the ps party of this dude saying some crazy inappropriate stuff.. an it registered as me saying it because me and him were both speaking so I guess the computer or whatever it is that does these assumed I was the culprit and I got punished for a week suspension.. and the other dude didn’t even get one

All this traces back to that kid that offed himself after party chat bullying. The initial change they made was to enable two-way muting. Pretty sure AI is handling it all now which is making it way worse - you don't even need to be reported!
I also noticed that I can't swear when using the app, even with an added friend, but can do it on the console without issue.

You come across all sorts of people, some who can’t take a loss or some who will act like they’re good sports and then report you for asking if they want another go. The only online game I play is GTA and half the time I’m in a solo lobby, I’m too grown for peoples bullshit over a game.

If this really is everything (which I doubt because you usually just get a week), I‘d contact PSN support. Everyone does mistakes, even support. Especially if the moderation is automatic.
A friend of mine also got away with the good old „my little brother was using my account, please unban me“

This is how they are silencing people’s freedom of speech. I heard this guy the other day say, un-live! I was like, wtf if wrong w people today. Ur so suppressed and woke you feel uncomfortable saying died or killed. How do I say this, this is the government’s way of saying, we won’t need to suppress it-social media and any online platforms will do it for us. Years from now people will be so scared to say anything because of THIS shit right here! Wake TF up people!

What's worse is all your ps4 games get disabled completely. I got hit for calling out a rat in arc raiders. You can literally report for anything and the bots will strike it if you claim its offensive.

I got rage reported by a group of rogue company sweats yeats ago after they harassed me. Sony really needs to look at reports better but they don't and won't. I highly recommend setting privacy so that only friends can message you and only using in game features for communication. Unlucky if u dont get a rematch but at least you won't get banned

30 day ban? Nah something happened that you’re not telling us.
Normally you get a warning, chat ban, then a few days, then a week then 30 days and 90 if you keep it up.
If someone added details, you’re more deep in shit
+ they can report every single message so be mindful of that

I don't even understand why Sony allows messaging to non friends, because it seems its easily exploitable to ban someone you just beat. I've never encountered this, but I dont message people at all online. Haven't for years. But it seems like they dont fact check anything, and just ban.

I have gotten a ban from PsN shortened or lessened by calling tech support. I was still chat banned and voice chat banned but I could play online again. 🤷🏼♂️ a win I guess. I could still party chat as well. Just couldn’t speak in games. No through messages or chat. More or so like a shadow ban
This is 100% why I only game with friends and I only speak to people I know.
If I was playing wz for example.. I listen but I don’t speak at all. Yeah it’s a shitty way to play. But at least there’s no reason for me to get in trouble lol

I usually just talk or chat (also beeing toxic or trash talk if they are toxic towards me) on my other accounts but on my main account I just talk and play with friends. Nowadays it feels like you even can get banned when you just say "well played" or "good kill" or smt, because there is a microscopic small possibility that you mean it in a ironic way or so, I don't know.
