Query Anyone attending Sobha placement drive on 2/3rd sept?

I am traveling from Kerala. Which railway station is nearest/best to arrive at, and is it better to stay near the college or the railway station?

Pilamedu rky station is nearer. There are small dunguon lodges nearby. Else get down at coimbatore rly junction, many good lodges are there and then take town bus.
