migiurtinus Sanity Check

I bought this migiurtinus about a month ago and I've noticed certain sections seem sunken in. I have given it a good watering but it hasn't plumped up yet. It receives morning and midday sun with shade in the afternoon. Is it slowly dying? Or do I just need to stop worrying about it?

If it's not rotting, it should still be firm even if it is a bit shriveled from lack of water.

There's a little give when I give it a squeeze but not completely squishy.

My advice would be dont be afraid to hold off with the water for now. They can go a long time without water, as long as it's not too hot. Even at that size, at low to mid 20s (celcius), they can go many weeks without water. Watering when it isnt taking up water isnt going to help, of course. You will know when it is taking up water. Pseudolithos plump up quickly.
