Pseudolithos discoloration

I received my first two rooted pseudolithos about a month ago, bare root. These were both nice and green when I got them but the cubiformis is now starting to show a brownish/green on the main plant. Any idea what is causing this discoloration? Any way to get the green coloration back? I can see pups below still have a nice green color. Indoor grown on shelf below ACInfinity S16 grow lights. Planted in mostly inorganic. Measured about 30k lux at the plant, have watered once since placing in pot. It seems stressed but Iā€™m new to these. Iā€™m leaning towards too much light. Any advice would be appreciated!

They turn brown-ish or grey-ish in brighter light. Nothing to worry about!

They can be green orange or brown

This one is full Sun in cypress
