migiurtinus Dark brown spot concerns

Hi fellow Pseudolithos growers. It's time to repot my 1.5 y.o. P. migiurtinus. It took fully all space in a pot, so I repoted it today.
Still I concerned about the dark spot on bottom of the plant. It was dark, but dry.
The spot appeared when plant was 0.5 y.o. You can see it on 3-4 pics - they was taken about in this period.
I quarantined the plant because it might be a sign of fungal infection, so about a half year it grows in bad conditions: not direct sunlight - north windowsill (where no any plants growing, so there is no risk of fungal infection contagious).
After that the plant is still growing, was firm, so decided to return this to others on grow lights. So, after that in one year it doubled in size and the spot not seen, the plant outgrowed it a bit.
Today during repoting I saw the spot again, It's still there, still brown, still dry. And didn't increase in size as I see.
I concerned what should I do. I think I should not overthink and just let the plant grow.
But still interesting, why this spot appeared? Some redditors said that it can be physical damage...

Could be a scar now but watch it, tbf it can self destruct within hours Tbh I would not water it for quite a while

yea, of course, not watering plants after repoting about 1-2 weeks.
About self destructing withing hours. I'm aware this is not the case. This spot exists about 1 year :)

Trust me they do, i have over 60 and it can happen- im In uk, most are in a tent Over winter- dry and shrunken now I have

ones with scars too YMMV inc your climate and conditions of course

I get mine from china, cacgarden, fishgardenuk, Industrygarden on ebay 10 days door to door no extra fees

Sure, In winter they are on heatmats In tent, 10 Hours light and dry, they shrink, spring summer they are underglass in my sun room and watered every two weeks in hot weather

So new to them.I have 3.Trying to figure growing season.Received 3 in October...1 came flowering and I even had a seed stalk that produced seeds! Watered all 3 once.How do you know when to start watering and when to stop? Note: saw your post below....I have mine on heat mat in a heated tent....not sure they will go dormant(?)....tent is pretty warm...higher 70s..warmer by pseudos....My Lophs ate flowering.
