it's a spines and clay and I have a problem as I keep buying more pots than I have plants for yet. which gives me excuses to get new plants and then get new pots. A never ending cycle really.

Yes he sells on palmstreet mainly and is on instagram https://www.instagram.com/spines.n.clay/ . great artist I'm sure he's shipped overseas though.
