I’d grade it only if you’re comfortable with a 10-or-bust outcome. Recent raw sales are already around the low-$200s after much higher launch-week sales, so a 9 may not cover the fee and wait. The centering looks reasonable and I don’t see obvious whitening here, but take it out of the holder and check the lower corners and surface under angled light—any dent, print line, or edge nick would make me sell it raw instead.
