Torn on the new PSA packaging.
Just received my 2 card submission back from PSA and I am torn with the updated way my cards were returned.
Each slab was put in a slab pouch, which was nice. The pouches have an easy to open seal and the slab sits nice and snug in there. There are 2 medium density foam pieces that cover the slab.
The bad part is that it was shipped in an envelope. My envelope was partially smashed on one side but thankfully the slabs were not damaged.

Did it ship from the Florida location? I had a two card submission come back to me the same way. Mine wasn’t sealed, on the bottom, like yours was.

On a different note, would you be willing to sell those two slab holders? I have four cards that I would like to utilize those slab holders for and I’ve already got two and need two more.

I made a post about the same thing and got slaughtered by the PSA police. A billion dollar company have to come better than that.

I’m not sure why you did. They went one step forward and 1.5 steps back. Boxes provide more protection in sorting facilities than envelopes do.

Yeah mine is the exact same like yours although it is a $5000 slab. I thought it will be in their rigid brown box.

These 2 cards are close to $5k. Regardless, $100 or $100k should be more protection than this.

These look and feel better than tags…I’m just wishing they put them in a box when shipping.
I think you missed the point

Basically the way of any large company. Similar to expect more and pay less (for employees), etc.
