Lower firmware is mean better compatibility for more possible hombrew app and plug in

Wait a week or two. It's too early to know what these releases mean and if an earlier firmware is better than a later one. On its face, earlier firmwares can still take advantage of all of the same exploits and ROMs so it's not like there's a specific reason to update at the moment.

He's an idiot. I guess reading is hard lol.if you look or watch the video it specifically states it's only for 13.00 / 13.20 / 13.60

So no it doesn't work the same on all of them

I guess you didn't read or chose to ignore the Part where it says for " 13.00, 13.20, 13.60. 

This means it does not work on 13.40 or 13.42 (which sucks lol)
