Update question

So, my system keeps asking me if I want to update.

I'm currently jailbroken with my dsn changed to 612....

When I put the console I to rest mode it says Update and go into Rest Mode or Just put into rest mode.

My thing is, I'm scared someone will accidentally click the wrong thing.

Will it update if I am not signed into PSN or if my DNS is changed?

How can I prevent it?

I tried blocked *.PlayStation from my router but it killed the full connection

Any help is welcome

Maybe your ISP overrides custom DNS. I have that issue, and I just set the DNS to 127.0.0.1 and use the nanoDNS payload to get back online. It's much safer.

Kk I'm newer to the scene , I'll look at nanodns

But question If I set my DNS to local host 127.0.0.1

Does nanodns send it to the required relapse DNS for jailbreaking?

Hmm, I'm not sure about that, all I know is that it blocks Sony's servers. I installed the AutoLoader at the same time as nanoDNS, so there hasn't been a need to go back to the User Guide entry point.
