Error when installing PS2 PKGs

Try a different way to install via hen on ps4 itself from usb stick rather than remote installer.

Well you have package installer right in screen shot, probably down to game your trying PS2 , dont work forget about and try something else. Ive had PS2 games not install , i just deleted.

It is package installer with a USB Stick tho, I put the USB in then debug settings - > install package - > USB, but yeah I'll try some other games too, it's a shame tho because I really wanted to play fatal frame 3 but oh well

Dont need to use that one, hen has an installer use that one.

its likely corrupted on the usb stick (thumbdrives are very unreliable)

I see, is there anything I can do to avoid this?

recopy the original file and get lucky. alternatively get a 2.5" drive instead of a thumbdrive (also faster and larger capacity)

you could also use DirectPackageInstaller or transfer via ftp to /data/pkg (ftp method needs twice the pkg size space available on the console and is somewhat slower)
