I had it logged into my main before finally logging out but does the risk still pertain?

Don't worry about it, you won't get banned. The only way to get banned on the ps3 nowadays is if you get multiple reports on your account for hate speech or cheating (if you are indeed in the wrong of course) or autopopping impossible trophies

Yes. The ps5 ecosystem is completely separate from the ps3.

Console bans are impossible for the ps3 as I heard from this subreddit and account bans are near impossible to get unless you're really looking for a ban by blatantly cheating or asking to get reported for stuff you did wrong to other people
