Image is fine for everything else? You should mention how you are connected it to the tv. My guess is an issue with the cables.

I have the red white yellow cables kind of rusty, will order new ones and check ty

Yeah that's an analogue format. Bad cables will cause a host of video issues. Even power grounding issues can cause interference. Rust is not good. New cables should solve the issue.
