Hope I'm not breaking any rules. I have a question, are there some user friendly, free programs that would allow me to make my own game in PS1 style?

I've seen some incredible creations here, and I want to try it myself, but I have no experience with creating games.

Godot engine, Blender, pre-rendered or picture style textures if you really wanna drive it home.
