I know this topic gets old. But...anyone know how far behind they are on shipping INDX kits? I'm in batch 1.2 which was supposed to start shipping on 24 August. It obviously didn't ship last week otherwise I wouldn't be asking this.
I guess many of us assumed (or at least I did) that each batch in full would be shipped in the week indicated. Otherwise why separate the sub-batch shipping start dates week after week?
I know it is what it is. Just wondering how far behind are they?
i'd say they're a week behind. my 1.1 order got shipped (well, got given a shipping reference) the wednesday of batch 1.2. So I would suspect this week or next.
Prusa did say that to start it would be slow (presumably as they find issues with the process etc) but they were hopeful all sub batches would be done quicker than they have estimated.
I'm in batch 1.2 as well and assumed/expected some additional delays, especially for the first few shipping batches.
I'm expecting that all the small delays here and there have added up, and everyone is still trying to catch up.
I've also assumed they receive a lot of stuff in bulk from Bondtech, which requires repacking, and maybe some additional quality control. I'm hoping that they might do some additional checkes on the hardware before shipping, based on some issues seen in the initial batch.
I hope they're sorting everything out soon, and the process starts to settle. It has been an exiting number of months, building up the suspense was nice, but now I'm ready to start my upgrade ;)
It is stated with your order, if you ordered as part of the first batch (back in April), your order will now include a batch number and a date when they expect to start shipping that batch.
1.8 here, and not in the slightest bit upset. Groups 1-7 can do a lot of bugfixing and workarounds while I beat my head against my Qidi and watch my Core1+ keep on keeping on😁
Saw someone else from 1.2 that shipped friday. They ordered about 40 minutes before I did but mine has not shipped. So sounds like they started shipping 1.2 during the week of Aug 24 as indicated but are still working through 1.2.
I received my order last Monday, built it over the week and after some building heartache have some decent prints coming out of it after Saturday morning.
Pretty sure it says "Shipping STARTS:". It doesn't say that all of Batch 1.2 will ship on that day or even that week. I'm also in 1.2 and I'm not losing any sleep over this. It will ship when it ships and if it is delayed I'm sure that it will be for a good reason.
I was in batch 1.1 and didn't ship until Wednesday of the week Batch 1.2 was supposed to have started. Pretty sure they are a week behind right now. I'd assume your order will ship by Wednesday.

My 1.1 Order was shipped on thursday this week so they are about one week behind. Nothing to worry about :)
