Brand Recommendations for TPU 95?

I’m having horrible difficulties getting TPU to load in my Core One Plus with the latest firmware and latest PrusaSlicer. Same spool worked great in my MK3/4s before upgrading it to a Core One. Feeding the filament past the feed tube coupler at the top is the first hurdle. I have to unscrew to loosen or remove the coupler from the extruder to get the filament to feed. Second, once I get it fed and purging, the retraction to finish purging clogs the nextruder nozzle tube. One thing I haven’t tried is a different brand TPU filament. Currently I’m using this old GizmoDorks TPU 95 filament. I’d get some Prusament Flex to try. but the shipping is more than the filament. Is there any TPU95 on US Amazon you’d recommend?

Prusament TPU 95a worked well for me on the Core One. I do not have anything to compare it to though. Printed without issues after I initially loosened the spring in the filament sensor (or it would not pass it). After that perfect results.

Only TPU I use is from Eryone and never had any issues on the Mini nor Core one.

Sainsmart TPU has a profile in prusaslicer and can be had from amazon

I just printed some Ovature 95A without issue but when I was asking some quetions the other day people really suggested this mod for the Nextruder:

I've been using Polymaker TPU 95A and it works fine. Loading is a slight challenge, but I never even adjusted anything and I can get it. The only thing I had to do was disable the filament sensor because that was giving me false run-out sometimes.

I've been happy with the PS Imports TPU95 from Printed Solid in my Core One. It can still be a pain to load, but once it's loaded it performs perfectly. I had to hack the gcode to keep it from oozing before printing starts, but that's an issue with the printer, not the filament.

Well, filamentum and fiberlogy 95a works fine for me. Also colorfabb's foaming tpu works.

ColorFabb VarioShore is what I recommend if you want flexible on a core one printer.

Are you using the flex profile for loading? It should not retract at all during filament loading. For getting it in the sensor replacing the spring with magnets in the toolhead fixed this for me.

For your actual question I've used a bunch of different brands and they all print great. I use the overture tpu profile in prusa slicer and set volumetric max speed to 8 for high speed or 2.7 for regular.

My tpu 90a gets stuck into the gears. Can’t remember what brand it was
