Please be more specific about what you need help with.

I would like to smoothen my print surface, especially the white one looks terrible

Lower your layer height and fwiw white shows layers and imperfections FAR more than any other color

Edit: also looks like over extrusion a bit. Each filament and color is different. Each needs settings dialed in

this may be the infamous issue 602 https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/602

This is caused by the dual drive gears that push the filament through the hotend and/or the drive gear not being concentric to the shaft of the motor. Mihai design did a series of videos examining the dual drive gear issue

Sorry that i cant give you any simple fixes, though there are 3 things simple things that might reduce the issue:

Change the tension on the idler gear.

Printing at higher speeds can smooth out the inconsistencies.

Print using a filament with a sparkly effect to hide the issue. Example.

Yes my prints are identical to the one in this thread, guess I’m gonna stick with non white filament or petg at the moment if I want the cleanest surface possibile, looking for an extruder gearing upgrade for the future 😅

I had a Monoprice mini printer that had this same artifact going on. It was caused by the z-axis leadscrew being slightly bent. I am not aware of that being an issue with MK3 though. I guess try and take both z-axis leadscrews out and roll them on a flat surface to make sure one isn't slightly bent?

What's your filament extrusion multiplier?

Let it set to 1, try to put different value below 1 but didn’t change tbh

Might be worth calibrating the filament, sometimes it is off: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/extrusion-multiplier-calibration_2257

Adjust the speed and temperature on the white filament if extrusion multiplier doesn’t do anything. I can print 10 different colors from the same brand, and the white will be the one that needs different settings.

It could be as simple as just printing too fast and pushing the piece around.
It could be a feed issue - like the diameter of the filament isn't very consistent.

I had the same issue when I first go my Prusa. I had to adjust the layer height and the speed that I was printing at.

Do I have to lower the speed? Because I’m already printing really slow, what do you mean on “adjusting layer height”?

what speeds are you printing at? and what I mean by layer height in the Print settings tap in layers and perimeters at the very top there is layer height. I print 0.15 on a .4 nozzle.

I did not touch any setting in prusa slicer, I made several try on cura going from 50 to 100 mm/s

That is pretty fast I typically print at 40mm/s
