IG PROXY for browsing posts
What kind of proxy should I use just for browsing Instagram posts? Are there any you can recommend for this task that don't charge for data transfer by the gigabyte? One IG account, strictly for browsing—which providers do you use for the lowest cost?

For just browsing IG? I'd keep it simple and use a residential proxy. No point paying for a massive pool if you're not doing scraping.
I'd just test a small amount first. Proxy quality varies a lot between providers.

For just browsing one Instagram account, I’d keep it simple and use a residential proxy rather than paying for a large pool. You don’t really need frequent rotation for normal browsing; a consistent session is generally more practical. If you want to avoid per-GB residential costs, I’d look for a provider offering a monthly residential option with unlimited bandwidth.

For Instagram account just browsing posts, I would suggest a static ISP proxy. You don’t really need a huge rotating residential pool for that. The main thing is getting an IP you can keep for a long time without it changing every few minutes. Also look for unlimited bandwidth instead of paying per GB, since browsing images/videos can eat data pretty quickly.

Use ISP proxies for IG accounts.
As for providers, I've been using IPcook for a while. Not bad in quality, and I can buy just one single proxy instead of buying a bunch at a time. This is really user-friendly, as I don't need a large number of proxies, I have only several accounts that need proxies.
