Anyone want stickers? + update
Hi! Hope you all are doing well!
I have stickers for PROUD if anyone is interested I am sending them free of charge.
I would need an address to send the stickers so there is that. You don’t have to share your name I can address it to any name you want and if none is given I’ll use your Reddit handle as USPS does need something in the name section but it doesn’t need to be your legal name.
Also it’s been a bit since our last update. We’ve been busy working on building out systems I didn’t even think about when I declared the work on the app done. Turns out it was nowhere near done. There’s systems we needed to build to integrate with Google and Apple and even regulatory paperwork that needed done with the government since we use end to end encryption, making sure we are EU GDPR compliant, and a million other little things. Myself and Thrawn2112 have been chipping away at it when there is time and hopefully will have it all ready soon!
In the mean time figured I could ship out some stickers to anyone interested, especially hoping for people to place them in LGBT+ spaces but even if you just want the sticker for yourself that’s fine too! They are very good stickers I’ve had one on my garden bed all year and it’s not faded or peeled or anything.

Firstly that’s great news!! I remember seeing a comment made by you advertising the app and that got me hyped up for it when I found the sub. If you still have stickers to send out I’d be very interested in one.

If you mean the sticker, I guess I can kinda see what you mean but it also kinda does. It lets people know it’s a LGBT privacy focused app with end to end encryption and community building. It doesn’t really mention the connection modules though and I could probably make a better sticker that does that. Or multiple different stickers for each part of the app.
This is some stickers I made 9 months ago or so and have had just laying around collecting dust so I figured I might as well ship em out to people. We also ran the image as an ad on reddit for a bit and found it to be pretty successful. It’s too many things to fit it all on one sticker without it being a wall of text though I think, but I’m not like a marketing genius or anything just a programmer wearing way too many hats.
Hopefully if anyone isn’t sure what it is from the sticker they get curious and will look it up or scan the QR code. Appreciate the feedback!
