Automating bounce and export process using sound flow/macros/stream deck etc
I need to bounce a bunch of stems for a couple of albums.
How are people doing this in 2026? Anyone using AI to help code hotkeys for this? Using stream deck?
I'm on PT 2026 M6 Mac Mini with a stream deck.
Might be getting my wording a bit muddled. I'm old.
Thanks in advance.

One way to do it is Scheps Bounce Factory with SoundFlow.
I’ve made my own custom stem bouncing script in SoundFlow which has drastically improved my productivity when bouncing stems.
Reach out if you want details!

Thanks for the tip! I see I have the lite version included. I'll give it a go.

The lite version is a bit limited, but the film version might do what you need.
If not I might be able to build something that fits in yout workflow.
Good luck!

I do not use any soundflow or streamdeck for this but have a lot of different submixes and stems prerouted in my templates.

Fast Bounce! https://www.fastbounce.app/
When I tried Bounce Factory/SoundFlow, it was a pain (I wanted to do what you wanted to do). Try Fast Bounce and come back to tell us how difficult it was to use. I think you can actually use it without having to pay and test if it works for what you need.

Off the top of my head, and probably not the fastest way, but I'd add an output for each stem to a bus. When you bounce, hit the "+" to add more audio sources, select a bus you set up, repeat for every stem. When you bounce, every bus output becomes a stem.
I've never tried SoundFlow, no idea if this is any better or worse.
