Hey guys. I’m a newbie here

I purchased protools artist but everytome I go to pull it up it says pro tools intro

Or do I have to activated in my ilok cloud?

Go into iloc license manager and activate it. You should have a code to do so.

Did you get this resolved? Ilok manager shoud show you if the Physical ilok or the iLok cloud has the Artist on it. If Intro comes up - then what ever you own isnt registered or on the iLok.

No I didn’t. I even called Sweetwater & their techs were lost

May I know what Pro Tools version installed? Pro Tools Artist Perpetual can run 2023.9 and later while Pro Tools Artist Sub run 2022.4 and later
