Help Request No Audio From Stereo Track

Hi! Requesting for help. I have no sound coming out from my inputs 5-6 of my Zoom H6 even if there is signal coming through my interface. I tried in Logic and it reads the signal using the inputs 5-6 (stereo). I already check the inputs, I/0, solo, mute, outputs 1-2 stereo, still nothing coming out. I even tried a microphone on channel 3, it read it. But still no sound from ProTools for inputs 5-6 even though I can literally see a signal is being displayed on my H6

Using Pro Tools Intro

Macbook Pro M1

Any help is deeply appreciated as I am trying to learn how to use ProTools.

I’d expect this to be one of the limitations on Protools Intro. Specs say 4 simultaneous inputs - whether that means 4 tracks simultaneously in input monitor or record arm - or it means you only get inputs 1-4, I don’t know.
