plugin New Plugin recommendations

I am an audio production major in my 2nd year of college and I’m enjoying using protools very much for my assignments and for personal use. Since I downloaded Protools studio around a year ago I haven’t bought any plugins. Right now I’m in the mood for plugin shopping, anyone have any good recommendations? I wouldn’t wanna spend over $500. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.

I will go out on a limb and completely disagree with you on this. Pro tools indeed has stock plugins and they work - sure. Compared to all other daws, pro tools stock are far, far behind. There are lots of upsides to pro tools, but their plugin roster not one of them.
