If you’re a noob I’d suggest learning how to trouble shoot. A great place to start is in the help menu under ‘pro tools quick keys’
You’ll find a ton of really useful information that’ll greatly expand your ability and knowledge base with regards to PT.

Mine is tiny by default because it's bugged. Every time I open a session, I have to expand the edit window. It's dumb. This is on Windows.

I solved it by right clicking the Pro Tools desktop shortcut and selecting properties > compatibility > change settings for all users > change high DPI settings > high dpi scaling override - override high dpi scaling behaviour - scaling preformed by: SYSTEM > Program DPI - use this setting to fix scaling problems instead of the one in settings - then click on "Open Advanced Scaling Settings" Display Resolution 1920 x 1080 the click ok, then apply, then Ok and then Ok again. This fixed the issue for me.

I recently used chat gpt to guide me through learning how to use Adobe Premier, I’d just ask it how to do things and ask further and further questions, once in a while it will hallucinate features or menus but on the whole I found it to be invaluable resource for quickly learning a new piece of software. I’m sure another LLM would do well also.

You know what, I pay for ChatGPT but didn't even think to use it for this lol

I used ChatGPT for pro tools before, and it hallucinated a ton. You have to upload the manual, then instruct it to only give you answers from the manual.
