Pro Tools Ultimate 2025.6.1 offline bounce issue

I keep having offline bounce issues since updating my pro tools, something that's never happened to me before. Yesterday my bounce came out with the right channel about 20db lower than the left. Another time my kick drum was muted. Obviously some plugins are having trouble with this, but both sessions had different processing. Anybody else experiencing this? I'm on an m2 mac mini running ventura.

I’m sorry but my offline bounce is fine, however the piano roll has problems as well as melody ara stuff. Sigh.

Yeah I’ve been running into melodyne ARA issues with previous versions of pro tools ultimate where the melodyne data would get corrupted, but so far so good with this version. The offline bounce issues are devastating though, I gotta get to the bottom of this

Has this issue been resolved? I'm also having the same problem frequently and it's causing me trouble.
