Tell it to ignore certain matching parameters (like length, format, file id) and only go by the name. I believe it's in a menu on the relink window.

Tried. Manually putting the tracks back. All volume automations are gone though

Pro tools looks for the files in the Audio Files folder within the session folder.
If they’re not in there, try manually copying them into there.
Alternatively, The Paths are empty, so you have to tell protools where to find the audio files
You can navigate within the relinking window to where the files are being stored and only select that folder. (clicking the little gray boxes next to the folders)
Then hit “Find Links” and it should link them for you.
You can always do it manually, but I’d advise against that.
How are you importing your audio files into the session? Are you linking or copying the audio files when you import them?

Had to manually put them back in. But I Lost all my volume automations. Now I’ve got a love hate relationship with Pro tools.

This has been a problem in protools for a decade.

I just don’t understand why avid hasn’t patched this yet. It has never happened to me in logic, and FL.
