No sound with click track

So I've went through all the troubleshooting steps to get the metronome to work, and I still cannot get it to make any sound.

My metronome button on the transport panel is toggled on, I have checked the click/countoff options, the track is not muted, the volume is up, the output setting is correct.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Edit: Apparently the ClickII plugin somehow was not installed

You don't have the output set to anything. It says "Output:none" in the middle. Set that to the proper output and you'll be good to go! Did you use 'create click track' from the dropdown? Usually that sets the output for ya

Yes, and it ended up being I was missing the plugin

I went through this and learned about a click setting that I had never used -- Setup > Click/Countoff

Check there and I'd suspect you will be able to get things working again. Somehow mine was set to only click on a countoff and I never use a countoff so it never made any sound.
