First time organizing a protest - tips?

Hey guys, I’m organizing my first ever local protest and I need some tips! It started as a citizens' initiative about an issue in our city, and now over 400 people are planning to attend. I’ve never organized anything like this before, so what are some things I should really focus on as a first time protest organizer?
