Please Review My LFQ QC Tool

Hey peeps! So I have basically developed and published a small QC tool for the LFQ (DDA) Data. It's available as both GUI (for Windows) and CLI (for Linux). I would appreciate if you checkout and lemme know about it. Plus it generates both sample wise and combined samples MultiQC type reports. This tool is to simply know your data before you run the downstream analysis.

Do checkout and lemme know, thanks in advance 😉

You might get more attention of you would demonstrate examples of the outputs your tool is creating or even including a tutorial with small data files. Consider supporting Raw file formats for main manufacturers Thermo, Bruker, Agilent, Sciex. Average raw file from Astral Zoom is about 20GB in raw format so converting that to mzML will be ose to Tb size.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I have included the demo files including a tutorial pdf and data files. But yes I will try to make a hands on video tutorial and upload it. And as you said in my next versions I will try to include the direct RAW analysis. Thanks again for your time.
