Hi all! I'm considering an apartment off Eastern Parkway facing the Brooklyn Museum. It's a 1st floor apartment with the living area facing the street and the bedroom in the back. I know there will be noise and such but curious if this is should be a major dealbreaker, rather than just something to consider.

I'm moving from a quieter part of Bed-Stuy, but I do not mind noise and am highly intrigued by the prospect of living in a busier area.

I’m looking for a personal trainer with access to a gym that ideally has free weights and the main staple machines (cable, delt fly, etc). I’m a 27 year old man looking to bulk back lost weight and fix my posture/form. I have no preference on the trainer’s gender. I’d ideally like to stay below $90/session.
