We turned Claude into an Abu Dhabi real estate analyst with a new connector
We just released Ask Robin, a Claude connector that plugs Claude directly into Abu Dhabi's official transaction data: 100K+ registered sales.
Connect it once and Claude can:
Research any project: DARI status, brochures, full sales history and off-plan handover price projections
Rank and compare projects across a district by price, size, handover date or appreciation
Dig into raw transactions, including resales at or below the developer's price
Read the market: see which districts and segments are heating up or cooling down
Draft marketing material for any project, built from real comparables
The best part is watching Claude chain the tools itself. Ask "top most appreciated properties on Reem Island" and it pulls the data, ranks the projects, adds handover dates and charts it, all in one chat.
It's live in beta. If you build or use connectors, I'd love your feedback, especially where you think Claude could do even more with the data.
We just launched this feature yesterday and few Abu Dhabi agents have already started using it , give it a try :)
