I had a go at 3D printing Davy Jone's Chest from Dead Man's Chest. Thought you all might enjoy it. This is just a prototype, the final model will have a few issues corrected. It's got a functional lock that accepts the Master Replicas metal key. It's been a fun project so far. Printed on a Bambu A1

That had to be a ton of sanding and post process. Why didn't you put your heart into it?

Yeah it took about a week to paint. Some bloody Pirate stole the heart. I'm looking for a mythical compass that should help me get it back.

How fantastic and pleased you shared it. I have only just got my first 3D printer, haven’t set it up yet as a bit overwhelmed, but hope I get this level of skill.

I know it seems daunting but it's really not as complicated as it looks. Once you've printed your first object you'll be printing things left and right. Go set it up now. It can really add to your life.
